Dr. Eggert is a board certified radiation oncologist who leads the team here at Garden State Radiation Oncology. An advocate for compassionate care who passionately pursues cutting edge research, Dr. Eggert comes to his patients with extensive medical knowledge. He attended George Washington University in DC were he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa his Junior year and received several prestigious awards and academic scholarships as an undergraduate, including the Physics Award and the Chemistry Award for best 4 years GPA. Dr. Eggert graduated Summa Cum Laude and College Honors, with a B.S. in Chemistry.

After earning his medical degree from the Washington University School of Medicine, Dr. Eggert continued his medical training with a medical internship and residency at Baylor College of Medicine, and then also completing a residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine’s Department of Radiation Oncology, where he held the esteemed position of Chief Resident.
